Some more sketch commissions taken on subeta. I think I’m gonna raise my prices though as they take a very long time, but they’re still fun to draw. I’m glad no one has complained that they all kind of vary in technique, though I’m being pretty conservative about that. Thank you guys for commissioning me ;~;

For a lot of reasons I guess haha.
I grew up with my little pony as a kid and I collected a bunch as a kid. One of my earlier memories was my parents giving my a pony with jewel eyes for doing well in a test.
I also adore watching cartoons and honestly I’ll admit I was hesitant at first, as cartoons based on toys are usually cheap and not thought out. Some friends really reccommended it though so I watched it and it was really adorable.
I think the characters and stories are fun and engaging. The animation and art are adorable and it’s just something you can watch for fun without thinking about it too much. Plus a nice change from cartoons that portray females as big bobble heads with giant ass lips and eyes only interested in fashion and what boys think of them.
As an artist I find the characters are really simple but recognisable, which makes them really fun to draw and interpret in you own style.
Mum asked if I could make up a christmas card for my uncle as he lives in Tasmania ahaha.
